Replacement and return

Replacement:

If the ordered flowers or bouquet does not meet your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours after receiving the goods. Our team will be happy to help you replace the product with another one that meets your wishes. We work to ensure that every customer receives only what they expected from us.

 

Returns:

We understand that sometimes situations can change and you may need to return an item. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will process your return request. When requesting a refund, please be prepared to provide a receipt or proof of payment.

 

Process:

In case of replacement or return, please keep the original packaging and receipt. We will send our courier service to collect the goods or arrange a meeting with you for the return. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your account.
