TERMS OF DELIVERY

Delivery of bouquets
We deliver bouquets worth from UAH 1500.
Delivery within Lviv
When ordering in the amount of 1500 the cost of delivery within Lviv is 200 UAH.
Delivery during non-working hours
The cost of delivery during non-working hours (before 9 am, after 9 pm) and for the city, please check with the manager.
If you do not know the exact delivery address, we will call the recipient and delicately clarify all the details.

DELIVERY TIMES

1.
We deliver bouquets in 1-2 hours from the moment of ordering, on holidays - up to 3 hours.
2.
Exact delivery on time is doubled.
HOW DOES EVERYTHING HAPPEN?
After ordering and paying for the order on the site you will receive a confirmation message. If necessary, we will call and agree on the details. As soon as the delivery is completed - you will receive another notification.

All bouquets are transported with water and in a special carrier so that the flowers arrive in the best possible condition. To each order we add a postcard (where you can write wishes), a special fertilizer for flowers and instructions for caring for the bouquet.
PAYMENT
You can pay for your order:

directly on the site in 1 click after ordering
2.
cash or card in the store, if you pick up the bouquet yourself

Returns and exchanges of orders

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” flowers are not subject to exchange or return. They belong to perishable goods, and it is possible to preserve their properties and appearance only under special conditions.

We do our best to ensure that you always receive our bouquets and compositions in fresh and perfect condition. However, we do accept returns or exchanges. Exchanges and returns are possible if the flowers were of poor quality when the order was delivered or quickly lose their marketable appearance and consumer properties, as they begin to wither after a few hours.

If you believe that you have received a bouquet or composition of inadequate quality, please inform us about it no later than 24 hours from the moment of delivery of the order. Be sure to add photos that confirm this fact. Please note that if it is impossible to establish a product defect by e-mail, we may ask you to bring and show the order in person.

We value feedback from our customers and are always ready to correct our mistakes. However, in matters of exchange and return, the final decision will be up to us, since our florists do not have the opportunity to control the storage conditions of compositions and bouquets after receiving them.
