In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” flowers are not subject to exchange or return. They belong to perishable goods, and it is possible to preserve their properties and appearance only under special conditions.
We do our best to ensure that you always receive our bouquets and compositions in fresh and perfect condition. However, we do accept returns or exchanges. Exchanges and returns are possible if the flowers were of poor quality when the order was delivered or quickly lose their marketable appearance and consumer properties, as they begin to wither after a few hours.
If you believe that you have received a bouquet or composition of inadequate quality, please inform us about it no later than 24 hours from the moment of delivery of the order. Be sure to add photos that confirm this fact. Please note that if it is impossible to establish a product defect by e-mail, we may ask you to bring and show the order in person.
We value feedback from our customers and are always ready to correct our mistakes. However, in matters of exchange and return, the final decision will be up to us, since our florists do not have the opportunity to control the storage conditions of compositions and bouquets after receiving them.
